One of my friends had joined Pvt bank and did work there for 31 days and had resigned with Early Relieving (Date edit/Modify in HR portal) and same had approved from competent Authority, Now my friend has Relived from the system.

After his Relieving from the System, his BRANCH HEAD mailed him to complete the notice period, however, he relived earlier.
Now after 10 days Branch head again mailed him for recovery of the Notice period and hold his salary of him for 31 days. Please suggest, What he do for this?

Once an employee is relieved from service, he/she is no longer on the active rolls of the employer. Relieving means that the ties between the employee and the organisation is cut off from that moment onwards, so it cannot be just wished away and believe that nothing has happened. The Branch Manager can call back the employee only after setting aside the relieving order. The Branch Manager cannot set asisde the Relieving Order issued by the Head quarters. Pl reply to Branch Manager on the above lines and demand immediate payment of salary.
