Dear Rohini Gangwar,

Instead of designing pre-interview screening questionnaire, I recommend you design Employment Application Form (EAF) that does the job of screening or filtering of the candidates. However, as it requires customisation, designing EAF requires a great expertise.

The biggest advantage of using the EAF is, it ensures applications of only the worthy candidates land in the inbox. This saves time of the recruiters. If the inbox of the recruiter gets flooded with the CVs, there is a chance of overlooking the CV(s) of the worthy candidate(s).
