Dear Seniors,

Wishes!!

Please guide: serious case

Please understand the Hierarchy first....

MD & CEO -> Jt. CEO ->HR Manager/Head (all posted at Head office)

HR Manager is being given a report by mail by MD & CEO against Jt. CEO.
This report says, Jt. CEO has misbehaved with one of the employee at Plant site location.
HR Manager is being asked to look in to this matter, Where HR Manager reports to Jt. CEO.
Jt. CEO is not aware that HR Manager is have been given a mail by MD
No policy is in place for disciplinary action.
Both MD & Jt. CEO doesn't have much good relations.

Need inputs:

1. Please guide, How to start investigation & what shall Manager convey to MD.
2. Also, Shall HR inform in confidence to Jt. CEO as he trust HR Manager.
3. what detailed steps to use to resolve this.

This is utmost priority. Please try to suggest at earliest.
