Please help me out, I have completed in this company 1 year 3 months (31-03-2022). How many CL/EL/SL should be eligible for me.
In our company, 24 days leave eligibility to the employees who are permanent. As per standard procedure, how should I get it?

You can refer to the Offer of Appointent, issued by your company to you. Normally, leave eligibility is mentioned in the Offer.

What kind of industry is it?

If factory, you will get one day for every 20 days worked in 2021.

In case of shop or commercial establishment you will get 12 days EL and 12 days sick leave and 12 days CL. Please check the state rule in this regard

If you are working in the Head office/Registered Office/Administration office, then your company falls under Tamil Nadu Shops & Establishments Act,1947 and shall be governed by the rules prescribed therein (including the leave rules). Please check.

Without seeing your offer of appointment, (or knowing your company leave policy) we cannot comment on your eligibility of leave

Your manufacturing facility will come under Factories Act and for that the leave rules as provided in the Factories Act will be applicable. As such every employee who has worked for 240 days in the preceding year (normally the leave will be credited in January every year based on the attendance of the preceding year) should be given one day for every 20 days worked. For deciding the eligibility you should take the paid holidays and leave days, lay off days etc, means the paid days, whereas for deciding the number of leaves to be credited or given to each employee his physical presence in the factory should only be considered.

If your trading activity is carried out in a premises separate from the factory, the employees in that office will get leave as per Tamil Nadu Shops and Commercial Establishments Act. Accordingly, every employee will get 12 days EL, 12 days Sl and 12 days CL.

You can have more number of leaves but you cannot contract it out by means of any clause in the appointment order.
