Dear Colleague,
I HR BP is a concept where in the HR business partner is a strategic liaison between HR and the business. These senior HR professionals have a deep understanding of the business and ensure that HR helps the business make an impact. However, the HR business partner as a function is changing wherein the HR BP is to drive the key business parameters through HR Systems and sub-systems like TA, PMS, L&D, Engagement, Career Plans and KRA/KPI/ Rewards and so on. It is a practice which will come only with a deep understanding of the business to which you are associated once you enter in to the industry. Hence my strong recommendation is do not enroll for any course and waste money. But read lot of materials and watch the videos on HRBP which will give you deeper understanding on the concepts of HRBP. Then apply your original thoughts and align to your business and your HR together to drive the business parameters.
