I am working in Concentrix India company from last 5 years. I was hired for email process. I was moved to Inbound calling process without any discussion. I am not comfortable taking calls therefore I resigned with 30 days notice period, they are now torturing me to take call for remaining days, or else they will mark absent. I have leave balance of 10 days. What shall I do.
If I resign without notice period and I have leave balance of 10 days. Will that be adjusted from salary.

Considering that it is unlikely that anyone here knows the HR Policies of your company and they can not think through the head of the HR team, shouldn't you be asking this question to the HR of your company instead of asking us? What do you intend to achieve by asking the question here?
