A person was working in our organization, during a pandemic.Work from home was in practice. She was working or reporting to anybody on her work process. Immediately after pandemic she want to resign & want to have her full salary. Is it applicable? Kindly guide.

It is not clear as to what is the factual status. When the employee has worked during pandemic times, did you pay her full salary or part salary. Now she has resigned, is she claiming the remaining. What have you done for others? If it is paid to others you cannot deny the benefit for the reason that she has resigned. Pl come out with the actual position.

In your post, the third sentence reads, "She was working or reporting to anybody on her work process." Have you forgotten to type the word "not" in the sentence? Anyway, please confirm the following:
a) Designation of the employee: -
b) Date of Joining: -
c) Number of subordinates: -
d) Who the employee was reporting to: -
e) What tasks were given to her: -
f) Whether or not the appointment letter is issued, and if issued, then what is the notice period: -
g) If she was non-communitive, then what correspondence the reporting manager had with her: -
h) If she was not doing the tasks assigned to her, then whether or not a warning letter was issued to her: -
Once you provide us with the above information, the senior members will be able to give their worthy opinions.
