How do you motivate people by making them sit through a boring, and long-winded Powerpoint presentation?
A better idea to motivate your people is to start with enlightened management, and build a workplace of innovation where people WANT to work. Fire all the micro-managers, and give staff power to make decisions, decide the work flow, develop new ideas etc. Reduce meetings to once a week and no longer than 30 minutes - starting and finishing on the dot. In short fix the problems in your workplace and give staff a sense of ownership in running the place. That will fix your motivational problems far quicker than death by Powerpoint.
