Training Bonds have been discussed at length previously by members of CiteHR.

Please use the search facility located at the top of the page next to the CiteHR logo to find all the previous discussions.

You may not find exactly what you are looking for but there will be examples that you can adapt to suit YOUR organisation's requirements.

I believe there is some doubt regarding legality of bonding people in India, so you would be well advised to approach this with great care, and seek legal advice before proceeding.

Any bond or contract to bind is illegal in India.

If you are giving a training to employee which is of some market value and of a decent value then we can take a voluntary acceptance from employee requesting management to sponsor and as a compensation employee expresses his/her willingness to stay long with * conditions apply
A technology transfer with IP and NDA with a parent company is being opted by an employee we can have a relevant document to bind the tenure

Make it voluntary and not mandatory and also keep the first right of refusal clause on in the exchange of communication
