Dear sir, I joined company A and worked for 10 months due to covid as management did not have revenue so it relieved employees and after three months again gave the opportunity to rejoin I worked for another 10 months and then due to father health I resigned after 10 months will this be an issue with future employment.

It does not appear to be, the first instance was not voluntary termination and it is explainable. Resigning on account of father's health is not at all a convincing explanation unless there are very strong reasons for it. Don't give the impression of being a 'rolling stone'.
