I'm new in HR and have recently come across a time tracking tool TMetric that is mostly used in business for employee monitoring. It does have good features such as activity recording, screenshot capturing, work schedules, time-off management, etc. but I'm wondering if any of you here have used it? Before implementing, it would be beneficial to hear about your experience in other companies.

I have not used that tool, but is it acceptable in your organisation and to your employees?
Most employees will be against it because they feel it invades their privacy, giving you access to any private matters, even something someone may say against a boss. You may have people leaving the organisation just because of that.
The next question is, why do you need such an elaborate tool? Is your work that time sensitive or is it that you feel people are not doing their work or using company resources for private activity. May be then you need to change the management style or get the right people to work for you.
