My company is Partnership firm. We don't have any pf deductions and Tax deductions.
One of my colleagues has been changed his job but his background verification is pending because on some websites it's showing a fake company. (HR is given all the mail confirmation also BGV is failed)

How to inform other company HR that company is not fake. Need help to write an mail.

There is little you can do when the BGV team is refusing to take genuine proof that your company is genuine. The problem is that with a partnership (not LLP), there is not official documentation that shows your registration anywhere.

The other problem is that when you call the HR of the next company, they will wonder why you are bothered with an ex-employee's problem.

However, you can always call and speak to them ask them what evidence will satisfy them that you are genuine. Probably Udyog Aadhar registration or GST Registration will convince them the company is not fake.

But as HR, you must also find out which site shows you as fake and take corrective action
