Please help with the Current trends in leave policy for the state of Maharashtra for IT industry.
Privilege Leave is granted only completion of 240 days in the current organization?
And is it provided only for the number of days served the previous year in a ratio of 5 days for every 60 working days/ 1 day for 20 working days?
8 casual leave +5 sick leave and unutilized leaves are accumulated to privilege leave base to the max of 21 days
