Corporate office situated in the area of any municipal corporation, municipality, town panchayat, township or any other notified area would come under the purview of the State Shops and Establishments Act and allied labor laws like the Standing Orders Act,1946, ID Act,1947, MW Act,1948, PW Act 1936, EPF Act 1952, PB Act,1965, PG Act,1972, State National & Festival Holidays Act etc.
