Hello Everyone, Could you please tell me, Whether leave encashment is calculated on Actual Basic or earned basic?

Had the employee gone on authorised leave with wages, what would have been the salary payable including allowances should be paid for encashment of leave also on pro rata basis. Only those allowances payable to defray the expenses connected with the performance of the job should be excluded.
