If an employer is not willing to support an early release and imposing the Notice period clause, even if the exiting employee is willing to buy out the notice period, What are the ways and which Forum can support in case of such inhuman practices?

Dear Member, On the part of ethics and terms of employment , service of notice period has a rational and definite objective behind this. However, it may be substituted with notice pay in liu .In your case you may tender resignation if the separation from the services is so urgent and intimate the current employer to make up the notice pay from your outstanding or if desired by the current organization to be paid separately , can be paid by you. But after tendering resignation in writing along with option to make up for notice period serves the purpose.

Shubhendu - going by HR policies - one cannot exit by just paying an amount. Operational Management have their say in this, since HR would always circle back with them.
Practical advice - please try and reason out with your Management amicably as to how soon can you be released and you can bear the shortfall in notice period with an equivalent pay.
If Management doesn't agree with you - please be prepared to serve the full notice period.
Important - please call your next Organization and ask them that you did your best to convince but it didn't go well. I am sure they will understand and will be happy to accomodate.
Do not show any form of hostility towards your existing Organization/ Management - it is not ethical and also not professionally right. There is nothing than cannot be sat over and discussed amicably. Please try to convince them with utmost care and reason.
