An employee got his 1st Job, and he is not a member of PF earlier, and drawing a Gross salary of ₹ 16000/-, and he is saying to his employer not to deduct PF by giving Form 11. Is this acceptable? Please clarify

As per the EPF Act 1952, employees drawing wages less than Rs 15,000 per month have to mandatorily become members of the EPF. However, an employee who is drawing wages above this prescribed limit has the right to refuse to be a member.
