GOURAV KUMAR VERMA
Sir, I am working in the hospitality organization. I will start a job on 25th May-21 & today is 5 July-21. The organization can't pay my salary and when I ask about salary then Hr Team Will Say that we have to hold 10 days Salary as per our rule. I want to know if that type of rule is available in govt Policies.
Kindly Suggest to Me what I can do?

There is no provision in any rule or Government policy to withhold salary, yet many organisations deduct salary of new joinees with impunity, possibly as a safety deposit. This is clearly illegal and you can protest against it after the salary is received. If they don't pay in full you should ask for a written receipt of the deposit so that you can claim it later.
