Dear Sr,

I have recently started contract manpower services in one state, currently our no of manpower is less than 20 nos.
I want to know that do i required to register myself under contract labour act as a contractor.
As per state contract act eligibility is 50 Nos.
Please suggest.

No, I don’t see why you need to do it. If the limit is 50, then you need to get a license only on getting to that number

Dear Sir,
I started work as a contract manpower service provider.
Where we will provide contract manpower to different companies in different states.
Currently our total nos of contractual manpower is less than 20 nos working in different companies.
So my question is to start such work, do i required to register myself under contract labour act from starting or i should apply it after my manpower cross 50 nos.

That is exactly what I meant You do not need to get a license till you cross 50 workers.
