Dear Seniors,

As we are aware that the MW has to be paid as per notification and employer's contributions of PF-ESI, Bonus , leaves etc. should be paid over and above of the Minimum Wages.

We have submitted Escalation bill (due to change in Minimum Wages) to one of our client. But the client denying to pay the escalation. He is insisting since PF-ESI, Bonus etc. all are part of the Minimum Wages which are already paid extra by the client. So he has refused our bill and he is asking to provide any notification or court verdict which clarify/proofs that employer share of PF-ESI, Bonus etc. are not part of the Minimums Wages. These components to be paid extra beyond the Minimum Wages.

I deal with manpower costing (MW Revision, PF-ESI, Bonus, Leaves Rules, OT costing etc) and related supporting docs, hence my HOD instructed me to provide any docs through which we can convince our client.

I am stuck in very critical situation, need your support to prove my point. I searched here and in Google also, but not find any supporting document/s.
