Hi HR Colleagues, Trust you all are doing good and keeping safe! My question is on the calculation of the Average Tenure of the employees.
Average Tenure
= Total Employment Time for All Employees divided by
Total Number of Employees
QUESTION: Is there a minimum tenure of the employee that we take into consideration? Because, let's say we hire 20 freshers who have completed just 1 month in the organization. Wouldn't adding their tenure in the formula result in a skewed data and impact the average tenure % significantly?
