Hi sir/ madam I have doubt on esi bills claim I have visited esi hospital for leg surgery of my father they have checked referred to a private hospital (medicover hosp) they have said we will not do this type surgery and I have gone to esi hospital again they have another private hospital (Virinchi) they have admitted for two days they discharged on a note that they will not do and so leg injury is on the serious condition I have gone private hospital (care) they have checked and done surgery but while claiming bills in esi dispensary they are asking for income certificate with annual amount 60k how it is possible for an IT employee? Any ideas or suggestions on these issues?

@ Senior Dependent of the Employee ( Parents) must not earn 5000 or more per month in individual capacity, otherwise he/ she will be excluded from the dependent, only exception is spouse
