LEAVE WITH WAGES for security payment leave with wages will be paid in month on month. My question is here whether PF and ESIC is applicable to this wage

Leave when paid as wages, i e the employee taken paid leave, in such case the leave is part of wages, and all applicable contributions viz ESIC, EPF, Profession tax etc are payable
However the annual encashment accumulated EL does not attract these,

if my staff is paid more than 21000/-p.m of minimum salary, does an employer liable to pay bonus or it can take excemption?
