Please confirm the nature of your industry, your designation and what you wish to achieve from this interaction. Would you like to have an official or unofficial interaction? You have referred to the employees as "old" and "new". But then how old and new are the employees?

I'm talking about official interaction between the office mates as new refers who joined early " Jan 2021 " and the old refers before "year 2020" in our BPO office atmosphere. I'm asking for you to help to " what kind of activities will make them understand or introduce everyone and build bonds which helps to work more effectively and make positive atmosphere "
