Hi, My BGV failed in one of the MNC due to my previous company. They are saying your previous company is in the suspected list. My Previous company got shut down in April 2018. I have all documents like salary slips, Offer letter, relief letter, experience letter, Form16, PF account number. So what would be the solution to get placed in MNC, do i need to remove that experience from my resume? and where I can see a list of suspected companies?

A job applicant cannot be held responsible for the closure of the previous Company mentioned in his resume nor its inclusion in the suspicion list of the recruiting Company according to its own perceptions when he is able to prove his employment in that Company with sufficient documentary evidence. The post is silent whether he is a mere prospective recruit or one permitted to join the MNC on the basis of his acceptance of the offer of employment issued by it. If it is the second case, the poster can sue for compensation if his appointment is cancelled on the basis of the said BGV alone.
