I served my notice period but my employer is refusing my relieving by saying that project is not completed which I was handling. I also gave a handover to engineer. It's now 30 days over my notice period. What should I do?

As an employee, you need to strictly comply with the terms mentioned in "Clause of separation"
of your Offer of Appointment received from the company. If you have complied this, you can
assertively ask your employer to relieve you from the duties & responsibilities and obtain relieving order.
Employees are always be at liberty to resign and go elsewhere.
