In an industry 1500 workers are working.
These workers are working under different contractors (100 contractors), each contractor having 15 employees only, these labourers are entitled for PF enrolment? if any provisions in PF act please share us.

Your industry comes under the purview of EPF, the day the enrollment of workmen becomes 20 or more.
Now answer to your question is that all 1500 contractor workers including your have to be covered under your PF registration because all the contractors have less number of workmen than of 20.
So your management is responsible for PF of all 1500 contractual workmen as liability of Principal Employer.
A contractor can take EPF registration even if having less workmen, as a principal employer you should ensure all the contractors to get registration under EPF & ESI. Do not take the noose of others as garland for your neck.
