Hello Sir/Mam, Happy New Year to all of you. I want information that if any person got a franchisee from Sahara so the person is able to deduct the EPFO of their commission (agents) based staff. EPFO is given authority for that or not?

if the staff has some basic fixed salary based on muster roll of employee apart from incentive / commission, i.e in ground salary, then they are to be treated as "employee earning wages" and they get eligible for wages and other benefits which are applicable to regular employees,
commission based staff is a wide scope of activities, and it is not clear the role / job profile of employee to the employer
employer can be commission agent, or insurance advisory. that is irrelevant to the benefits
