Dear Yogesh,

Before starting a business, one should be absolutely clear on the product/service that one is going to sell to the customers. To understand the exact need, one is expected to do the market research and then devise the product on one's own. Otherwise, service providers can be hired to create a product as per the market requirement.

In your case, lessons on spoken English will be a product and delivery of the lessons will be a service that you will provide to the customers. To succeed in business, if you develop this on your own the better. Outsiders will never understand your customers' requirements.

By the way, A person who plans to start an institute on spoken English is expected to be good in English. He/she is not exempted from the basic rules of English grammar. Therefore, gentleman, before teaching others, is it not fair on your part to take training yourself? Who can teach others? Only an expert. Nevertheless, your jejune post does not reflect your expertise!

Your post is too short and hardly it can be called a professional post. Shortness of the post apart, it has been written casually also. Success in business demands being serious about it and not casual. Whether to take the business seriously or casually, the choice is yours!

All the best!
