If few of compulsory holidays fall on Saturday or Sunday still need to keep 8only.. We are Mumbai based IT and Bpo company working 5days only

1) our management is not ready to give more than 8holidays 2) MGT. Said we can maximum add one or two holidays but that’s is again on weekends. Guide me please. We are working on 5days only
