Hi, Please let me know if any employee test Covid Positive & asked to be quarantined at home for at least 14 days. What would be the leave policy in both the cases
1.If Working From Home
2.Due to Health Condition not able to work
Please help me out with this. Is there any specific law for paid 28 days leave in the case of COVID 19 for Delhi.

HI, This is GK from Hyderabad working with a hospital. We are paying full salary for the complete quarantine period of 14 days to all categories of employees.

ON request, any employee wants to extend his period of quarantine further, then.

1. If the employee has balance of leaves, deduct them according to the instruction of the employee. It means beyond 14 days, any employee cannot have leaves for quarantine

2. If the employee has no leave balance, where he / she want to extend the quarantine period, LOPs are the only option
