The employee is superannuated after attainment of 58 years but to be continued in rolls & wishes to discontinue from contributing on PF & Pension scheme. Is the employer or employee to give representation regarding continuation and discontinuance or any form available to represent.

Though the pension contribution is only upto the age of 58 years but the employee, if he continues in service, will remain a member of EPF Scheme and the entire PF deduction will go to the PF.

Once the age 58 is attained,the eps contribution can be stooped and whole amount can be contributed towards epf.
