Hi, Does any documentary proofs need to be submitted for withdrawing EPF in the UAN portal, The cases mentioned below :
The employee already completed his 13-year service tenure and he has not withdrawn pf earlier.
1. Purchase of Land or Purchase of building/construction
2.Home loan repayment
3.House renovation
Kindly do the needful

The UAN must be kyc done, i.e aadhar bank and pan seeded and approved,
there is only one term, housing loan, for all three points mentioned, and employee is eligible to avail up to 90% of account no 1
a blank cheque where the account number, isfc code and name of member should be printed by bank (cencelled) copy image is to be uploaded at the time of filing form 31 online

@ Withdrawal for Housing does not require any documents under online request, just fill the form and fill necessary information , NO PHYSICAL DOCUMENT required

Epf money is your earned money.
So you can withdraw the advances from epf.
The epf defines the % of advances for various reasons.
You can with draw up to 70% advance and or 90% advances for house or land purposes .
No document required as proof.
While it is mandatory to do kyc and submit bank details.
Also be informed that in case of absence of PAN kyc, TDS will be deducted which is around 30%.
