Hi, Has anyone ever worked on developing a sense of belongingness and ownership in employees? Is it really possible? If yes, what are the best possible ways which can help in achieving them?

The answer to your question depends on whether you are an employee or employer.
A company needs to have a culture of ownership and belonging. Building an organisation's culture is an ongoing process and it cannot be done in just a few weeks or months.
If you wish your company's employees' to show a sense of ownership and belonging then you need to ask whether the top management shows ownership to the employees.
Ownership is not a one-way street. The employer needs to show ownership of his/her business and also to the employees.
