Dear Umesh Jahagirdar ji,
POG Act is applicable to Credit Cooperative Societies. So Multi States Credit Cooperative Societies, how it can be excluded from it?
To my knowledge Credit Cooperative Societies by-laws also has a provision to establish a gratuity fund or make other arrangements for the purpose. Please check it.
