Dear Sachin-Kumar1,
It seems your query is on ESI. You made a mistake in number of days while submitting contribution history and you want to rectify it.
The mistake you made in the contribution period Oct 19 - Mar 20. The contribution period is over. the Return of Contribution due date is also over.
You have no other option but to approach the ESI: RO with request to rectify the same. It will be all depends upon the officer whether to accept your request or not. It will be all depends upon how you deal this matter with the officer.
