Hello all, During covid-19 lockdown our factory was get shutdown for almost 2 month. due to lockdown and shutdown i did't go the factory form march end to last week of may.
Recently on 27.05.20 when i join to duty it was direct me form upper level not come in factory until they call me again. Then after 15 days later i get enquiry letter (by courier) asking about my absent reason. After sending reply again they send me show cause letter and inform me your previous explanation letter is not acceptable. this time they ask me why i am silent from 14.05.20 to 01.06.20 ? also they add another two point for asking reasonable clarification. out of 3 point second point they mentioned that my records shows i am taking employment is casual and void our official communication and third point they ask why i am not take phone calls? in last line they mentioned why i am not deleted form there payroll. I am working under commercial division as a permanent employee (assistance) since from year 2007.last payment i get for march 2020 for 22 days present. no payment credited for April and may 2020
Here i am like to say on 20 05.20 i get w/a message from my Hod that factory was started on 14.05.20 and everybody should join as normal duty on 20.05.20 on wards. Sending him reply inform that i will join within few days because my bike should required to major repairing. after joining on 27.05.20 the event happened one after another. Last 1 year relation between me our commercial head is not going well although my Department Hod and other colleagues supported for me. i am thinking company is going to ready for terminate me anyway. with my long my week point was that last few month i come to factory 30/40 min late form schedule entry time and they target me for that. I am think they are ready to send me final termination letter.
Please help me what to do next? if they send by hand or any means can i received or refuse it?

You have already created ample opportunities for your Employer to take action on you.
Now only thing leaves before you is that you go personally to your Commercial Head alongwith
your HOD and put up an apology letter for what has happened because of you, and also submit another assurance letter to the Company for striving hard to improve in terms of your job performance, attendance and punctuality by you.
