Hi Everyone, I had been working for a IT company for about 1.1 Years, so when i joined i signed on paper staying i have to serve 2 Years and if i leve before that then i have to pay 3L.

Now i have put on my resignation and they told me to complete the project first then we can discuss so i completed the project and shared all documents with them, so they relieved me Saying "08April20" was your last working day since then i am asking for my documents (relieving certificate and original marksheet).

The reason for my resignation was the company was not paying salary (8 Months pending for me) do i was not able to bear my expences i decided to look for other job and i got so i put on my resignation, but now they are not listening. Please suggest what i can do to get my relieving/experience letter and original markseet.

Pl.issue a legal notice to the concerned in that office indicating only one week time to fulfill your requirement and pursue further as advised by a trusted advocate.

They have no legal right to retain your original marksheets. Non payment of salary is also a civil offence. Take legal advice and pursue the matter.

Acquiring an Owner's Original Documents/Certificate then Seizing it /them and withholding the same in spite of Requests & Reminder, undoubtedly amounts to "Stealing the Property" of the affaected Owner and Gross Offence under Law, therefore the LawBreaker ought to be brought to book lawfully and New Recruits Working Populace need be aletrted.
