Hi All, I have below queries to claim PF subsidy announced recently from central goverment.
1.Is 90% of employees who are drawing below 15k as their basic is mandatory for companies having their head count below 100.
2.Head count 100 nos including contract & consultants or only employees who are eligible to pay PF?

EPF system considers the counter with their own ECR filing system and at every month they ask for excluded employees also, where the EPF paid by contractor employees are also mentioned,
so if the system find that 1) gross no of employees is less then 100, 2) more than 90% of employees gross salary is below 15000/- ................... the site pop up a declaration to avail the benefit , and ask the employer to fill the data in portal before filing the ECR
if the employer is not eligible, then it does not display
