I have started looking after the salaries of Blue collar employees. However, based on the minimum wages, how can I design the CTC of each employee, including DA, PF and other variables which are a part of CTC as per the statutes. Also, understanding is required on the variable included in the CTC and their percentages, basis which a final CTC is designed.
