ESIC Bank & Contact details update of employees - there is no template available for bulk upload

Recently ESIC is asking employers to update employees' Bank Account, Mobile No. & E-mail details. But there is no template available for bulk upload of these details. Updating one by one is near impossible task. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Is anyone answered this ? Yes, it is nearly impossible to update one by one. Either they should provide bulk upload option or provide option to employees to update their details.
