Its been more than one and half year I resign the company. That time my overall salary stuck to the company is more than 3 lakh. He paid partial amount in Aug 2019. After that he didn't pay any amount.

1. Its exact 1,75,000 (One lakh seventy five thousand) are still remaining with him. I have mail of him where he agree about that amount is remaining.

2. He didn't pay of 10k TDS from last partial payment which he agree.

3. He told me to wait for last quarter and he will clear the all payment. But now from Nov-19 he is not responding on email nor picking up call.

4. I have all communication in mail where founder and company CEO is agreeing with all remaining amount and time.

5. He keep backlog of only few employees where he need to pay more.

6. Company not in financial crisis as he is continue hiring new people.

7. He didn't respond to legal notice multiple times for some of my office friends.

8. I am currently located in Pune and company in Bangalore hence I can't go there and file complain.

Can anyone give me suggestion how should be my approach towards him?
