Dear Sir, In my current working company not paying the salary last 7 months, even Covid 19 Corona Virus lockdown in India and also govt declare that no company should hold the salary of employee. after that company giving the excuse financial crisis. Kindly suggest what can i do ?

Quite unfortunate to note that you did not get the salary for the last seven months. Collectively all the employees can go to the labour office and file a complaint about the non-disbursement of the monthly wages. On receipt of the complaint, the labour office will issue the notice to the employer.
