Whether to consider lockdown days as present or leave. In both cases employee would get full salary n the leave can be as a statutory leave, means these days considered as present for eligibility of bonus n PL accrual, just like concept of statutory maternity leave.

Leaves during lock down days may be treated as Holidays with Pay. So this will not affect other leaves like PL CL SL
