Hello, Presently am working as HR in XXX Projects limited on third Party Payrolls. Am looking for job change for nearly 6 months, but couldn't get any opportunity. As scope for learning here is very limited as mostly here we source candidates and send them to our Clients as Inspectors in Gulf countries for Oil and Gas industry.In HR , here we are having majorly recruitments only. I want to learn beyond recruitments.
Also i have worked in different industries - Is that an obstacle in searching for a job.
