Sir, We have retrenched 4 WM. All procedure as per 25F of ID act strictly followed. First Cum First Go principle adapted. The reason for retrenchment was "Economic Re-Organisation and exigency of Business". The Labour court has set aside the retrenchment award.

The rule has to be adapted in case of retrenchment is "last come first go" not as you have adapted.
