Friends, I have a situation where we have a ramp down in business and we are notifying employees to resign themselves. We are offering them 60 days notice period as per their offer letter. However there are few folks persistent to go for self resignation. These are niche skills where we do not have opportunity to place them. Is there any way that as an employer we can take them out of system?
