An employee joined in the month of October. The Employee's PF registration has been done successfully. But I forgot to register the employee under the ESIC due to some other work. Now when I am registering the employee details on ESIC, the joining date is not the same as in EPF.
So my question is will there be an issue with different joining dates? If yes, can you please guide me on how to sort out this issue. Prompt reply will be highly appreciated.

Hi, You can give the registration of Both PF & ESI in different dates but date of joining should be same for the both registration.

As per new guidelines from ESIC employer should register IP within 10 days of his joining date, if you have not register IP within 10 days so you have to take a approval from RO/SRO with the genuine reason, only after that you are able to register him with the correct date.
