If an employee, after getting an increment cross the limit of PF deduction i.e. Rs. 1500/- to Rs. 18000/-; can we stop his PF deduction?

He will not be an exempted employee. He will continue to be contributing Provident Fund. The employee and the employer, both have the option to restrict contribution limiting to Rs.15000/- per month, or continue for the full contribution to the total earnings.
