Hello, I have some query regarding my Resume. I completed my P.G in 2008, since it was a recession at that and I was fresher and it was tough to get job for a fresher. So, I decided to join a consultant who has just started his company at that time. Since it was his new company I used to get payment by cash. I worked with him almost for 2 years and when market opened in 2010 I got an opportunity to work in good IT MNC.
Since then I have worked with 4 MNC where I didn't faced any issue for my BGV.
Also I had registered and verified my profile on NASCCOM NSDL which includes the experience of my initial company as well. My work experience is almost 12 years including 2 years of my initial company. Now recently I got to know that my initial company has closed down and that person has moved to canada. I am thinking to switch my job but concerned about my initial experience as I have a valid experience/reliving letter but don't have any Bank statement or Form 16.
I have following doubts.
1) Should I include that initial experience of 2 years in my resume, as I had registered and verified my profile on NASCCOM NSDL which includes the experience of that company as well. I have a valid experience/reliving letter but no Form-16 and Bank Statement.
2) Or Should I drop that initial experience of 2 years from my resume. Just in case someone ask me about that gap I will explain them in the interview.
3) Or Should I drop that initial experience and show that I was self employed freelance and was doing small assignment. I understand this point is unethical but I had actually worked in that period.
Kindly please help me regarding this.
